In 2016

■  Atide entered the national SME share transfer system innovation level;

■  Atide accessed to classified information systems integration qualification B;

■  Certified by Yunnan Province Development and Reform Commission as a member of the Information

Industry Promotion Group of Yunnan Province.

In 2015

■  The company issued shares to start trading and complete the first round of financing;

■  Atide (Beijing) Software Technology Co., Ltd was established;

■  Atide was affirmed and got attention by China Railway Corporation;

■  Atide cooperated with Yunnan Provincial Department of Transportation to build a BIM-based

three-dimensional digital road network and got the Ministry of National Transportation’s attention and

recognition;

■  "Integrated BIM and multiple spatial information construction project and full life cycle management

platform research and development and application" won the second award of Yunnan provincial science

and technology progress.    

In 2014

■  Atide officially listed on the new three board;

■  In March, Atide owned subcompany Atide (Shanghai) Software Technology Co., Ltd. was formally

established;

■  In December, Atide got the B-level qualification by Yunnan Surveying and Mapping Geographic

Information Bureau and got the access to develop the business.

In 2013   

■  Atide passed the level three qualification of National Computer Information System Integration

Qualification;
■  In March, Atide signed the academician workstation cooperation agreement with Li Deren, academician

of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, the International Eurasian Academy of

Sciences, expert of photogrammetry and remote sensing.

In 2012   

■  In March, Atide accessed to digital archives processing secret permit;

■  In May, Atide obtained the geographical information system engineering level B qualification;

■  In June, Atide involved in the "highway construction project in Yunnan Province complete (hand over)

information on the use of database research projects" accessed the first prize of Yunnan Science and

Technology Award;
■  In August, "WebGIS-based highway project management system" accessed to the new key product

certification in Yunnan Province;

■  In October, Atide got a licence in the production of mapping results and processing;

■  In December, Atide passed the IS09001: 2008 quality management system certification.

In 2011

■  In May, Atide’s independently researched and developed products won the Third Prize of Kunming

Science and Technology Progress Award;

■  In October, Atide was elected to the "list of Yunnan non-public ownership and small and medium

enterprises that to be cultivated to be the key listed enterprises ";

■  In November, Atide was restructured into a  limited liability company.

In 2010

■  In February, Atide won the title of Kunming innovation pilot enterprise;

■  Atide’s "Highway project management system V2.0" was certified to be the first batch of independent

innovation products by the Yunnan Province;

■  In November, Atide's technology center got the title of "Kunming Enterprise Technology Center";

■  In November, Atide’s independently researched and developed "highway construction project management system" got the title of "famous products in Kunming,".

In 2008  

■  "Highway project construction project management system V2.0" won the national key new product

certification.

In 2005 

■  The company passed the national "Certification on Enterprise and Products" and got the license of

National Certified Software Enterprise. 

In 2002

■  In December,  Kunming Atide Software Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated, the registered capital was 500,000 RMB.
